Privacy Policy
What BrowserGamesList collects when you visit, and what the game sites we link to may collect.
Last updated: 2026-10-11
The short version
BrowserGamesList is a free list of browser games. There are no accounts, no sign-up and nothing to buy, so we never ask for your name, email address or payment details. We collect as little as a website can and still run.
What we collect
- Server logs. The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and block abuse. We do not combine this with anything else.
- A referral cookie. If you arrive through a link tagged with
utm_source, we store that tag in a cookie namedutm_sourcefor 30 days so we can tell which links send visitors. It contains only the tag, not anything about you. - Analytics (if enabled). We may use Google Analytics or Plausible to count visits and see which games are popular. These tools record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Plausible does not use cookies; Google Analytics does. See Google's privacy policy.
- Advertising (if enabled). We may show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings or learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Games from other websites
Every game on this list is made and hosted by someone else. When you press Play, the game either loads inside a frame on our page or opens on its own website. Either way, that site runs the game, and it can set its own cookies, keep save data in your browser, or receive files you choose to import. Its own privacy policy applies, not ours.
Your game files stay with the game site. When a game such as Halo CE, Skate 3 or GTA Vice City asks for files from your own copy, those files go to that game's page in your browser. BrowserGamesList never receives or stores them.
How we use the information
Only to run the site, keep it secure, fix broken games and understand which pages people find useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers named above or when the law requires it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Some games on the list are rated for older players; check the rating of the original game before playing.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you and to have it deleted. Since we keep no accounts, there is usually nothing to delete beyond standard server logs, but we will answer every request.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
